The first season of All Out aired more than a decade ago and since then otakus have eagerly been waiting for a season 2. Here’s everything we know about All Out Season 2.
All Out is an anime series based on a manga written by Shiori Amaze. The manga finished in November 2019, and TSM Entertainment released the first episode of the anime in October 2016. The show ran till August 2017.
The show ran for almost 10 months and gained a lot of popularity. Ever since the release of the last episode, fans have been wondering when they’ll get All Out Season 2.
However, it’s been more than six years, and there’s still no news about the second season of the show.
Will There Be All Out Season 2? Canceled or Renewed
Unfortunately, Madhouse Productions has neither canceled nor renewed the show for another season. Till now, there is no official statement from the creators of the show regarding a second season.
It seems the show is still hanging in the middle. The manga series was concluded in 2019, meaning there is a lot of content left for season 2. So, source material is not a problem.
If we talk about the response of the show, it was somewhat mixed. We believe that is the main reason why the production house is not renewing the show for another season.
The performance of All Out Season 1 was average and it received mixed reviews. So, the chances of getting a new season of the anime series are very slim, but not impossible.
If you look towards Twitter, you will see that the fans of the show are still waiting for another season.

All Out Season 2 Release Date
All Out Season 2 release date has not been confirmed yet. Madhouse productions has not made any official statement regarding the renewal of the show.
The first season concluded in 2016, and till today there is nothing about the next season. In 2019, the manga also came to an end. So, there are chapters left that are not translated into the anime.
Content-wise, we don’t see any issue, as there are a lot of stories left that could be a part of Season 2.
However, looking at the profitability and performance of the show, the chances of getting All Out Season 2 are very less.
All Out Reviews and Ratings

All Out has an audience score of 7.06 on MyAnimeList with a total of 45,323 votes.
Sports anime have become quite popular in recent years, like Air Gear, Hinomaru Sumo, and more.
However, All Out was the first one to have a story set around Rugby. Some fans deemed the story mediocre, while some loved the concept of the anime series.

Overall, we can see that the anime series received somewhat mixed reviews online and performed on average.
These are some of the few reasons why All Out has not been renewed for another season.
What is All Out About
All Out is an anime based on a Japanese manga series of the same name written by Shiori Amaze. It’s a show based on Rugby sports.
The main protagonist of the show is Kenji Gion, a small, and brash high school student at Kanagawa School. He goes to a Rugby club to watch the game and meets a tall young man, Sumiaki Iwashimizu.
Gion is smaller than most boys at the school. However, when he visits the club, he sees players of all body shapes and sizes participating. He then realizes that yes, height can offer an advantage, but despite his small height and stature, he can excel at Rugby.
Despite refusal from Iwashimizu, Gion enrolls both of them in the Rugby team and they both start practicing for the upcoming national high school rugby championship, Hanazono.
